- What is Súgradh? Súgradh (Irish for "playing") is an algorithmic ETF trading signal service run by Súgradh LLC in Philadelphia. It generates daily signals using wavelet analysis and momentum strategies across curated long-only ETF portfolios.
- Who runs Súgradh? Súgradh is operated by Súgradh LLC, based in Philadelphia, PA. You can reach the team at info@sugradh.com.
- How do signals work? Each night around 3:00 am EDT, updated market data is processed by algorithms applying wavelet decomposition and momentum analysis. The result is a signal — buy, hold or exit — for each ETF in the portfolio. Signals appear on the Signals page and are emailed to subscribers before market open.
- What does it cost? Portfolio signals, histories and methodology are free to view on the site. Subscribers receive access to more portfolios and daily signals delivered by email via a paid monthly or yearly plan. A free trial is available with no credit card required upfront.
- Is this financial advice? No. Súgradh provides algorithmic signals for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All trading decisions are your own.
- What is the methodology? Portfolios use wavelet decomposition to isolate trend from noise and momentum indicators to time entries and exits. the portfolio Sleep Well applies weekly momentum with minimum-variance allocation; Insomniac is the leveraged ETF variant of Sleep Well. All strategies are fully systematic with no discretionary trades.
- What is the live track record compared to backtested results? Each portfolio page shows a full trade history that separates live signals from backtested performance. Live signals have been running since 2020. Backtested results reflect historical simulation using the same algorithms. The site presents each separately so performance can be evaluated independently.
The content here tracks several different investing portfolios using Exchange Trade Funds.
Updates happen daily as data becomes available, this is generally in the early hours around 3:00am EDT. New signals will be seen on the signals page.
